T-ONE-S (MFG) TRADING INC., home of the 317® brand, was founded in 1968 by Chairman Teng-Chien Wu. 

With a professional background in mechanical engineering and extensive hands-on experience, T.C. recognized early on the critical importance of pressure safety, flow control, and equipment reliability in industrial processes. From the beginning, he led the team in product development and manufacturing, gradually building a comprehensive range of industrial valves and piping components for various media, including air, water, oil, vacuum, gas, and steam, across different materials and specifications.

This strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing established the core of the 317® brand. With a continued commitment to quality and technical expertise, 317® has evolved tinto a provider ofreliable flow control solutions for customers worldwide.

【Expanding from Taiwan to International Manufacturing】
As market demand and product applications continued to grow, the company progressively expanded its industrial capabilities and manufacturing network.

1988
We invested in the establishment of PRO UNI-D CO LTD., specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of two-way solenoid valves and electric valves. It holds numerous patents and has obtained UL, CE, CAS, and ISO 9001 certifications, further enhancing the group's capabilities in automated flow control.

1989
Further investment was made in Thailand to establish SINO THAI METAL CASTING CO LTD., specializing in the manufacturing of stainless steel pipe fittings and valves, expanding the Group's international manufacturing and supply capabilities.

1998
The company achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, establishing systematic quality management and control procedures throughout its operations.

2020
The 317® Safety Valve Series obtained CE certification complying with EN ISO 4126-1:2013 requirements for safety valves and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU, Module B + D conformity assessment requirements.
